Ordering
01.1 How do I know if a pair is still available?
Each product page lists the current indexed count. If a size reads "Archived," it has sold out and will not be restocked.
01.2 Can I reserve a pair before the drop?
We do not offer reservations. Drops go live at the posted time and are first-come, first-served through the index.
01.3 What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Transactions are processed in EUR.
Sizing
02.1 Do SOLEHAUS sneakers fit true to size?
Most silhouettes fit true to size. Runners with a sock-fit upper feel snug at first and soften after one or two wears.
02.2 How do I measure for the best fit?
Stand on a sheet of paper, mark the longest toe and heel, then measure in centimeters. Match that length to our size chart on each product page.
02.3 Can I exchange for a different size?
Exchanges depend on remaining inventory. Because each style is limited, we cannot guarantee an alternate size will be available.
Archive
03.1 What does "Archived" mean?
Archived styles have left the active index. They are recorded in the catalog but are no longer available for purchase.
03.2 Will archived styles ever restock?
No. The index is intentionally finite. Once a style is archived, it will not be reproduced.
03.3 How can I see past releases?
The Collections page keeps a visual record of every room and its archived styles, marked with a coral stamp.
